The deed of conveyance shall describe by metes and bounds the portion of area transferred and the conditions imposed by section 36 of this Act . SEC . 18. The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey or exch ange with t he Bo ard of Chos en Fre ehold ers of Atla ntic C ounty , State of New Jersey, the present Rum Point Depot site for a more suitabl e site for lighthous e purposes . SEC . 19. The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey to Lower township of Cape May County, State of New Jersey, for public-roadway purposes, that portion of the Cape May Lighthouse Res ervat ion, N ew Je rsey, which is n ot req uired to be reta ined f or lighthouse purposes, comprising a strip of land fifty feet in width and approximately two hundred and seventeen feet in length extend- ing from the s outhe aster ly to the n orthwe sterl y boun darie s of t he reservation . The deed of conveyance shall describe by metes and bounds the portion of the reservation transferred and the conditions imposed by section 36 of this Act . SEC . 20. The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey to the town of Southold, State of New York, for public-park purposes, that portion of the Horton Point Lighthouse Reservation, New York, 'which is no longer required for lighthouse purposes, including appurtenant structures, reserving unto the United States the rights of ingress and egress by land and water for purposes of maintaining the light . Th e deed of co nveyance sha ll describe by metes an d bounds the portion of the reservation transferred and the conditions imposed by section 36 of this Act . SEC . 21 . The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey to the village of Old Field, State of New York, for public-park purposes, that portion of the Old Field Point Lighthouse Reservation, New York, which is no longer required for lighthouse purposes, containing about seven and five-tenths acres and including appurten ant struc- tures thereon, reserving unto the United States the rights of ingress and egress by land and water for purposes of maintaining the light . The deed of conveyance shall describe by metes and bound s the por- t ion of the reserv ation tran sferre d and the c ondit ions i mpose d by section 3 6 of this Act . SEC . 22. The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey to the State of Oregon, for public-park purposes, all lands comprising the Cape Lookout Lighthouse Reservation not required for lighthouse purposes . The d eed of conv eyance shall describe by metes and bounds the lands so transferred and the conditions imposed by section 36 of this Act. SEC. 23 . The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to convey to the State of Oregon, for public-park purposes, that portion of the Heceta Head Lighthouse Reservation, Oregon, which is not required to be retained for lighthouse purposes, comprising an area of about seven and forty-nine one-hundredths acres .
