June 20, 1935. To reserve eighty acres on the public domain for the use and benefit of the Kanosh [S . 380 .] Band of Indians in the State of Utah .
[Public, No . 155 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the west half Public lands . Reserved for Kanosh southwest quarter section 10, township 23 south, range 5 west, Salt Band of Indians,Utah . Lake meridian, Utah, be, and the same is hereby, reserved for the sole use an d occupancy of the Kanosh Band of India ns of Utah Provided, That the rights and claims of any bona fide settler initiated Proviso . Rights of bona fide under the public-land laws prior to the approval hereof shall not be settlers not affected . affected by this Act.

Transferring certain national-forest lands to the Zuni Indian Reservation, New Mexico.
Be it enacted by the Sen ate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the lands in townships 8 and 9 north, ranges 16 and 17 west, of the New Mexico principal meridian, New Mexico , comprising the Miller Division of the Cibola National Forest, are here by eliminated from the Cibo la National Forest and withdrawn as an addition to the Zuni Indian Reservation, subject to any valid existing rights of any persons thereto.

AN ACT
To provide for the establishment of the Big Bend National Park in the State of Texas, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That when title to Big Bend National such lands as may be determined by the Secretary of the Interior as Par k,' i Establishment . necessary for recreational park purposes within the boundaries to be determined by him within the area of approximately one million five hundred thousand acres, in the counties of Brewster and Presidio, in the State of Texas, known as the "Big Bend" area, shall have Area, location, etc . been veste d in the United States, such lands shall be, and are hereby, established, dedicated, and set apart as a public park for the benefit and enjoyment of the people and shall be known as the "Big Bend National Park " : Provided, That the United States shall not pur- Proviso . secured bydo- chase by appropriation of public moneys any land within the afore- n at i on only . said area, but such lands shall be secured by the United States only by public and private donations.
Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized, in his Acceptance of title . discretion and upon submission of evidence of title satisfactory to him, to accept, on behalf of the United States, title to the lands referred to in the previous section hereof as may be deemed by him necessary or desirable f or national-park purposes : Provided, That Exclusive
