Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of two free high- way bridges across the Red River, between Moorhead, Minnesota, and Fargo, North Dakota, authorized to be built by the State High- way Departments of the States of Minnesota and North Dakota by an Act of Congr ess approved Ju ne 4, 1934, are hereby extend ed one and three years respectively, from June 4, 1935 .
