" SEC. 503 . Sections 202, 401, 402, 403, and 404 of said Act are Amendments to des- ignated sections . amended by the addition of the words 'or any live poultry dealer or Vol. 42, pp . 161, 168, handler' after the word `packer' wherever it occurs in said sections . "Live poultry deal- er", defined . The term `live poultry dealer' means any per son engaged in the business of buying or selling live poultry in commerce for purposes of slau ghter ei ther on his own account or as th e employ ee or ag ent of the vendor o r purcha ser . "SEc . 504 . [Public, No. 273.1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United State s of America in Congress assem bled, T hat the Se cret ary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to modify the contract numbered T1 SA-3167 for the construction of the Department of Agriculture Extensible Building in the District of Columbia, to reimburse the contractor for increased costs incurred as a result of the failure of the Government to deliver the site to the contractor in its entirety withi n the ti me speci fied, th e amount of the adjustme nt deter mined upon to be subject to prior review by the Comptroller General of the United States . Sic . 2 . The limit of cost for the site and construction of such build- ing as authorized in the Second Deficiency Act, fiscal year 1931 (46 Stat . 1604), is increased to $13,150,000 in lieu of $12,800,000, and there is here by autho rized to be appr opriated such su ms as ma y be nec es- sary to carry out the provisions of this Act, Approved, August 14, 1935 .
