Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for com mencing and com pleting the con structi on of a bridge author- ized by an Act of Congress approved March 4, 19 33 to be built by John C . Mullen, John H . Hutchings, and William Shepherd, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, across the Missouri Rive r at or near Ruio, Nebraska, are hereby extended one and three years, respect ively, f rom Mar ch 4, 19 35 .
