SEC . 33 . Section 7 of Title 1 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, Vool. 11, p.210; U. S. as amended by section 221 of the National Industrial Recovery Act cr cotton option con- (48 Stat. 210, 15 U. S. C., art. 607), is amended by striking it out and inserting in lieu thereof the following
" SEC. 7. Secti on 4 (b) of Title 1 of the Agr icultural Adjustment Vol. 48, p. 1058; Ante, Act, as amended by the Emergency Appropriation Act, fiscal year p .115. 1935, is amended by striking out the words " to be available until Availability of ap- March 1, 1936 " and inserting at the end of said section a new propriations . sentence to read as follows : "This sum sh all be avai lable until the cot ton ac quire d by t he Sec retary of A gricul ture u nder author ity of Title 1 of this Act, including cotton futures, shall have been finally marketed by any agency which may have been or may be established by the Secretary of Agriculture for the handling, carrying, insuring, or marketing of any cotton acquired by the Secretary of Agriculture ." SEC . 36 . Section 4 (f) of Title 1 of the Agricultural Adjustment V°1 .48, p . 1059 ; Ante, Act as amended by the Eme rge ncy Appropriation Act fiscal
