SEC . 33 . Section 7 of Title 1 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, Vool. 11, p.210; U. S. as amended by section 221 of the National Industrial Recovery Act cr cotton option con- (48 Stat. 210, 15 U. S. C., art. 607), is amended by striking it out and inserting in lieu thereof the following

" SEC. 7.
