INDEPENDENT OFFICES CALIFORNIA PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION For the ,purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of the public resolution entitled "Joint resolution providing for the participation of the United States in the California Pacific International Exposi- tion to be held at San Diego, California, in 1935 and 1936 ; author- izing an appropriation therefor ; and for other purposes ", approved March 7, 1935, and for each and every object thereof, and within the limits of cost specified therein, $350,000, to remain a vailable until June 30, 1936 : Provided, That expenses for subsistence author- ized by such Act shall be on a per di em allowance ba sis in lieu of actual expenses and shall not exceed $5 per day for any person . DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA-VIRGINIA BOUNDARY COMMISSION For the District of Columbia-Virginia Boundary Commission, including the same objects specified under this head in Public Reso- lution Numbered 3, approved February 13, 1935, $10,000, to continue available until December 2, 1935 . FARM CREDIT ADMINISTRATION Crop production loans : To enable the Governor of the Farm Cre dit Admi nist rati on t o ca rry into eff ect the prov isio ns of the Act entitled "An Ac t to provide fo r loans to far mers for crop p ro- duction and harvesting during the year 1935, and for other pur- poses ", approved February 20, 1935, including personal services and rent in the District of Columbia and elsewhere ; paper, printing, and binding ; supplies and services, without regard to section 3709 of the Revised Statutes (U . S . C., title 41, sec . 5), when the aggregate amount involved does not exceed $50 ; and such other expenses as may be necessary ; there is hereby reappropriated and made imme- diat ely av ailabl e and to rema in ava ilable until June 30, 193 6, for the foregoing purposes, a total of $60,000,000 from unobligated balances (to be designated by the President) under allocations from the ap propri ation o f $525 ,000,0 00 for relie f in st ricken agric ultura l areas contained in the Emergency Appropriation Act, fiscal year 1935 . FEDERAL POWER COMMISSION Pr int in g and b in di ng : For addi tional printing and binding, Fed- eral Power Commission, to remain available until June 30, 1936, $25,000. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Not to exceed $1,200 of the appropriation for the Federal Com- munications Com mission for the fiscal year 19 35 shall be av ailable for the purchase of an additional tract of land containing approxi- mately ten acres adjacent to that now owned by the United States at G rand Island, Ne braska, and for enclosing the same, for use in conne ctio n wi th t he c onst ant- freq uenc y mo nito ring sta tion located at said place, as authorized by the Act approved May 25, 1934 (48 Stat. 805) .
