A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS Senate Conenrrent Resolution 30, 74th Congress, 2d g:~U:~' Session, provides: Ante, p. Z3..'!5 . "That Monday, April 6, 1936 be rccognizcd by the Senate and House of Represcntatives of the United States of America, as Army Day, and that the Prcsidcnt of the United States be requested, as Commandcr in Chid, to order military units throughout the United States to assist civic bodies in appropriate celebration to such extent as he may deem advisablc; to issue a prodamation declaring April 6, 1936, as Army Day, and in such proclamation to invite the governors of the variolls Stat(·s to issue Army Day proclamations."
