De conformidad con 10 que establece el inciso a) de la clausula sexta del Protocolo relativo a las reclamaciones presentadas ante la Comisi6n General de Reclamaciones, firmado el 24 de abril de 1934, que dice:-"EI plazo concedido para completar los escritos y alegatos sera de dos atlos contados desde la fecha en que posterionnente convengan los dos Gobiernos por medio de un cambio de notas, que no se efectuara mas tarde del 10. de noviembre de 1934", Y teniendo en cuenta que el10. de febrero expira el plazo de pr6rroga concedido por el Gobierno Mexicano al de los Estados Unidos por nota numero 6509, de fecha 26 de septiembre de 1934, ambos Gobiernos, para los efectos de la clausula transcrita, con esta fecha y por medio del canje de estas notas identicas dan por iniciado el plazo de dos atlos a que se retiere la misma disposici6n del Protocolo. SECRETARY: In conformity with the provision of paragraph (a) of clause six of the protocol relating to claims presented before the General Claims Commission, signed on April 24, 1934, which states: "The time allowed for the completion of the pleadings and briefs shall be 2 yea1'8 counting from a date hereafter to be agreed upon by the two govern- ments by an exchange of notes, which shall not be later than N ovem- ber 1, 1934" and taking into account that the extension of time granted by the Mexican Government to that of the United States in note no. 6509 of September 26, 1934, expires on the 1st of February, both governments, for the purpos~s of the clause above mentioned, consider as initiated as of this date and by means of the exchange of these identic notes the period of 2 yea1'8 to which the said provision of the protocol refers. 3541 Exchange of note!!.
