Be it enacted by the Senafe and House of Representatives of the LJnn Brothers' Be- United States of Al1wrica in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ~~itaJ. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Lynn Brothers' Benevolent Hospital, of Pocatello, Idaho, the sum of $6,485.07, or so much thereof as mal be necessarY2 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for hospItal care and doctors' services rendered certain Indians on the Fort Hall "........ Indian Reservation, Idaho: Provided, That before payment here- CODdItion. under the Secretary of the Interior shall certify that no part of the L!JIDtation on attor· amount claimed has heretofore been paid: Provided, That no part De7 I, etc., fees. of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney 01' attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
