Money in the sum of $59.75 representing fees for services rendered as United States Commissioner for the Southern District of Mississippi during the quarter ended July 31, 1934, notwithstanding the fact that said commissioner's appointment expired May 11, 1934, and he was not reappointed until August 6, 1934.
