International service: A telecommunication service between offices or stations subject to different countries, or between stations of the mobile service except when the latter are of the same nationality and are within the limits of the country to which they belong. An inter- nal or national telecommunication service which is likely to cause interference with other services beyond the limits of the country in which it operates, shall be considered as an international service from the standpoint of interference. Limited 8ervice: A service which cnn be used only by specified per- sons or for special purposes.
