[Public, No. 60] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to the Government of Great Britain for the account of N . J . Moosa, a British subject, as full indem nity f or the perso nal in juries receiv ed by him as the r esult of a collision between a broker's trap in which he was riding and a United States Marine Corps truck at Shanghai, China, on September 13, 1928, and for medical and hospital expenses incurred by him in connection with his injuries, the sum of $15 .59 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Un ited St ates of Amer ica in Cong ress ass embl ed, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to the French Government for the account of Henry Borday, a citizen of France, as compensation for personal injuries sustained by him due to an assault at his place of business at Port au Prince, Haiti, by two United States marines on October 3, 1916, the sum of $1,000 .
