at Camp Stanley, Texas, and Savanna Ordnance Depot, Savanna, Illinois . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,378,836 for improvement of ammunition storage facilities as follows : Camp Stanley, Texas, $1,014,286; and Savanna Ordnance Depot, Savanna, Illinois, $1,364, 550, incl uding the necessa ry constr uction an d install a- tion of buildings, roads, railroads, and fences, utilities and appurte- nances incident thereto, and including also the moving and recon- ditioning of Ordnance and Chemical Warfare Service stores, as may be necessary to provide safe and adequate storage for munitions . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the heads of the executive departments and establishments of the United States, under such regulations as they may prescribe, be, and are hereby, authorized to permit civilian officers and employees, during such time as they may be assigned for duty outside the continental limits of the United States, to make allotments, in whole or in part, from their pay, for th e supp ort of their famili es or relati ves, f or the ir own savings, or for other similar purposes .
