[Public, No . 106] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the Un ited St ates o f Am eri ca in C ongr ess ass emb led, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Missouri River, at or near S aint Charl es, Missou ri, author ized to be built by the Saint Louis-Kansas City Short Line Railroad Company by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1929, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved April 15, 1932, and August 30, 1935, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof . SEc . 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, May 24, 1937 . Missouri River.
