(U. S . C ., title 33, sec . 702a), fiscal year 1937, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended . Claims for damages, River and Harbor Work : To pay claims for damages under river and harbor work adjusted and determined by the War Department under the provision of section 9 of the River and Harbor Act approved June 5, 1920 (U . S . C ., title 33, sec . 564), as set forth in House Document Numbered 220 of the Seventy-fifth Congress, $1,256 .41 .
