DISTRICT TRAINING SCHOOL For personal services, including not to exceed $1,000 for tempo- rary labor, $104,270 . For maintenance and other necessary expenses, including the maintenance of non-passenger-carrying motor vehicles, the purchase and maintenance of horses and wagons, farm machinery and imple- ments, and not to exceed $3 00 for the pu rchase of book s, books of reference, and periodicals, $97,000 . For repairs and improvements to buildings and grounds, includ- ing improvements to the power and lighting system, $17,500 . For the purchase, including exchange, of one three-ton dump truck, $2,500 . For construction of a hospital and administration building, includ- ing purchase of furniture and equipment $175,000, of which sum $4,000 shall be available for preparation of plans, specifications, and administration .
