To create the Capital Auditorium Commission . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby created a Commission to consist of the chairman and the ranking minority member of the Committe e on Public Buildings and Grounds of the House of Representatives, the chairman and the ranking minority member of the Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds of the Senate, and the Secretary of the Interior, said Com- mission to be known as the Capital Auditorium Commission . Said Commission shall be authorized to investigate as to desirable sites for an auditorium to be constructed in the city of Washington with sufficient capacity, in the opinion of the Commission, to meet the requirements of public convenience and necessity . The Commission is authorized to ascertain the approximate cost of a suitable site and of the erection of an auditorium thereon and to formulate plans, and to recommend how that cost shall be borne and how the auditorium, when constructed, shall be controlled and supervised . The Commission shall report to the Congress its plans and recommendations for legislation to carry out the same at any time during the present session of the Congress . Approved, February 20, 1937 . AN ACT [S. 4661 Grant ing the consent of Cong ress to the county of B arry, State of Missouri, to [Public, No. 71

construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the White River at or near Eagle Rock, Missouri . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Barry, State of Mis- souri, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the White River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Eagle Rock, Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to r egulate the constructi on of bridg es over nav igable water s", approve d March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act . SEC . 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby exp ressly rese rved . Approved, February 24, 1937 .
