Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the second proviso of section 107, as amended, of the Judicial Code (U . S . C ., 1934 edition, title 28, sec . 188) is amended by striking out the period at the end of said provis o, and addin g the f ollowi ng : "until, subject to the recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States with respect to providing such rooms and accommodations for hold- ing court at Columbia, a public building shall have been erected or ot her Fe deral space provid ed for court purpos es in said c ity ." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to establish a Coast Guard station at or near Beaver Bay, Minnesota, at such point as the Commandant of the Coast Guard may recommend .
