The unexpended balances of the amounts appropriated from the reclamation fund, special fund, under the caption "Bureau of Recla- mation, Construction", in the Interior Department Appropriation Act, fiscal year 1937, shall remain available for the same purposes for the fiscal year 1938. To defray the cost of operating and maintaining the Colorado River front work and levee system adjacent to the Yuma Federal irrigation project in Arizona and California, subject only to section 4 of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes", approved January 21, 192744 Stat., p . 1010), $15,000, together with the unex pended balan ce of the app ro- priation for the fiscal year 1937 . Boulder Canyon project : For the continuation of construction of the Boulder Canyon Dam and incidental works in the main stream of the Colorado River at Black Canyon, to create a storage reservoir, and of a complete plant and incidental structures suitable for the fullest economic dev elopment of e lectrical ene rgy from the water discharged from such reservoir ; to acquire by proceedings in eminent domain or otherwise, all lands, rights-of-way, and other property necessary for such purposes ; and for incidental operations, as author- ized by th e Boul der Ca nyon P roject Act, approve d Dece mber 2 1, 19 28 (U . S . C ., title 43, ch . 12A) ; $2,550,000, to be immediately availabl e and to rem ain available until advanc ed to the Co lorado River Dam fund, of which sum not exceeding $50,000 shall be immediately available for the construction of a schoolhouse in Boulder City ; and there shall also be available from power and other revenues not to exceed $500,000 for operation and maintenance of the Boulder Canyon Dam, power plant, and other facilities ; whi ch a moun ts o f $2,550,000 and $500 ,000 shall b e available f or personal services in the District of Columbia (not to exceed $25,000) and in the field and for all other objects of expenditure that are specified for projects hereinbefore included in this Act, under the caption "Bureau of Reclamation, Administrative provisions and limitations", without regard to the amounts of the limitations therein set forth . Boulder Canyon project (All-American Canal) : For continuation of construction of a diversion dam, and main canal (and appur- tenant structures) located entirely within the United States con- necting the diversion dam with the Imperial and Coachella Valleys in California ; to acquire by proceedings in eminent domain, or otherwise, all lands, rights-of-way, and other property necessary
