Be it enacted b y the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That, subject to any valid existing claim or entry, all lands of the United States within the areas hereinafter described be, and the same are hereby, added to and made parts of the Columbia National Forest, in the State of Washington, to be hereinafter administered under the laws and regulations relating to the national forests ; and the provisions of the Act approved March 20, 1922 (U . S . C ., title 16, sees . 486, 487), as amended, are hereby extended and made applicable to all other lands within the said described area . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress a ss e m bl e d , That subdivision (c) of section 77B of the Act entitled "An Act to establish a uni- form system of bankruptcy throughout the United States", approved duly 1, 1898, as amended (U . S. C ., 1934 ed., title 11, sec . 207 (c) ), is amended by inserting after clause (3) ther eof the fo llow ing : "(31/2 ) may, for cause shown, and in accordance with such rules as to notice and hearing as the Supreme Court may prescribe, authori ze the debto r, or the t rustee or t rustees, if appointed, to lease or sell, upon such terms and conditions as may be approved by the judge, any property of the debtor, whether real or personal ;" .
