SEC . 8 . That the corporation shall, on or before the 1st day of December in each year, transmit to Congress a report of its pro- ceedings and activities for the preceding calendar year, including the full and complete statement of its receipts and expenditures . [CHAPTER 763] AN ACT To amend section 76 of the Judicial Code with respect to the terms of the Unit ed Stat es Dist rict Co urt at Tallah assee, Florida . Be it, enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 76 of the Judicial Code (U . S . C., 1934 edition, title 28, sec. 149), is amended to read as follows : "SEC . 76 . (a) The State of Florida is divided into two districts, to be known as t he nor thern and southe rn di strict s of Flori da . " (b) The southern district shall include the territory embraced on the '1st day of July 1937 in the counties of Baker, Bradford, Brevard, Broward Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, Columbia, Dade, De Soto, Duval, Plagler, Glades, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Lee, Madison, Mana- tee, Marion , Martin, Monroe, Nassau, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Saint Johns, Saint Lucie Sarasota, Seminole, Sumter, Suwannee, Union, and Volusia . i "(c) Terms of the district court for the southern district shall be held at Ocala on the third Monday in January ; at Tampa on the second Monday in February ; at Key West on the first Mondays in May and November ; at Jacksonville on the first Monday in Decem- b er ; at Fernandina on the first Monday in April ; a t Mi ami on the fourth Monday in April ; at Orlando on the first Monday in October ; and at Fort Pierce on the first Monday in February : Provided, That suitable rooms and accommodations for holding court at Fort Pierce are furnish ed without expense to the United States : Prov ide d fu r- ther, That suitable rooms and accommodations for holding court at Orlando are furnished without expense to the United States : And provided further, That nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent the provision of quarters for the officers of said court and appropriate courtrooms for the holding of the sessions of said court in any new Federal building which may be constructed in Orlando, Florida . No deputy clerk or deputy marshal of the court shall be appointed for Fort Pierce . The district court for the southern dis- trict shall be open at all times for the purpose of hearing and decid- n g causes of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction . (d) The northern district shall include the territory embraced on the 1st day of July 1937 in the counties of Alachua, Bay, Calhoun,
