United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Eula Scruggs, of Mobile, Alabama, the sum of $500, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries sustained by her on the 22d day of August 1934 when a vehicle in which she was riding collided with a vehicle in the service of the Civilian Conservation Corps, at the intersection of Dearborn Pr onono. and Charleston Streets, in the city of Mobile, Alabama: Provided, Limitation on attor- ey's, etc., fees.
