Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Act entitled "An Act to provide for terms of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to be held at Wilkes- Barre, Pennsylvania", approved May 13, 1936, is amended to read as follows: "That terms of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania shall be held at Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on the second Monday of April and second Monday of September of each year: Provided, however, That all writs, precepts, and processes shall be returnable to the terms at Scranton and all court papers shall be kept in the clerk's office at Scranton unless otherwise specially ordered by the court, and the terms at Scranton shall not be terminated or affected by the terms herein provided for at Wilkes- Barre."
