Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secre- tary of War is hereby authorized to construct in the District of Columbia a building with the utilities, accessories, and appurtenances thereto to replace the present Army Medical Library and Museum Building now located in the District of Colmrubia: P'rovided.
