DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION FUND For carrying out the provisions of section 11 of the District of Columbia Appropriation Act approved July 11, 1919, extending to the employees of the government of the District of Columbia the pro- visions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the per- formance of their duties, and for other purposes", approved Sep- tember 7, 1916, $50,000. For financing of the liability of the government of the District of Columbia, created by the Act entitled "An Act for the retirement of employees in the classified civil service, and for other purposes", approved May 22, 1920, and Acts amendatory thereof (5 U.
