Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Secretary of the Interior, the State of Washington, the Great Northern Railway Company, a cor- poration organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minne- sota, and their successors and assigns, jointly or separately, to con- struct, maintain, and operate either a combined highway and railroad bridge or two separate bridges one to be a highway bridge and one a railroad bridge, across the Columbia River at a point or points suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Kettle Falls, and between Ferry County and Stevens County, Washington, in accord- ance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters", approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act.
