Ante, p. 661 . PART 1.-EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT SECTION 1. Bureauof the Budget. -The Bureau of the Budget and all Bureau of the of its functions and personnel (including the Director and Assistant gt Director) are hereby transferred from the Treasury Department to the Executive Office of the President; and the functions of the Bureau of the Budget shall be administered by the Director thereof under the direction and supervision of the President. SECTION 2. CentralStatisticalBoard.- TheCentral Statistical Board Central Statistical and all of its functions and personnel (including the Chairman and the Board members of the Board) are hereby transferred to the Bureau of the Budget in the Executive Office of the President. The Chairman of the Board shall perform such administrative duties as the Director of the Bureau of the Budget shall direct. SECTION 3.
