TITLE I-WAR DEPARTMENT MILITARY ACTrVITIES For additional amounts for appropriations for the Military Estab- lishment, fiscal year 1941, to be supplemental to, and merged with, the appropriations under the same heads in the Military Appropriation Act, 1941, including the objects and subject to the limitations and conditions specified therein except as otherwise provided herein, and for all purposes necessary to carry into effect the provisions of the Act of August 27, 1940 (Public Resolution Numbered 96, Seventy- sixth Congress), authorizing the President to order members and units of reserve components into active military service, and of the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940 (Public, Numbered 783, Seventy-sixth Congress), as follows: CONTINGENCIES OF THE ARMY For contingencies of the Army, $10,000.
