Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in accordance with paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Printing Act approved March 1, 1907, the Select Committee of the House of Representatives Investigating the Interstate Migration of Destitute Citizens be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to have printed for its use three thousand additional copies of its hearings held before said committee, pursuant to the resolution (H. Res. 63) entitled "A resolution to inquire into the interstate migration of destitute citizens to study, survey, and investigate the social and economic needs, and the movement of indigent persons across State lines". Passed, November 25, 1940. INAUGURAL CEREMONIES, 1941 Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That, in order to conform to the seating accommodations for the inaugural ceremonies in 1937, the Committee on Arrangements for the inauguration of the President-elect of the United States on the East Plaza of the Capitol on January 20, 1941, be, and it is hereby, author- ized to have erected, under the supervision of the Architect of the Capitol, an additional stand, the expenses of which shall be paid one- half from the contingent fund of the Senate and one-half from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives.
