The provisional application of Article XI and of Schedule III shall be effected as to the several provisions thereof as soon as may be possible.' ARTICLE XXV Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 of Article XV and of Article XVIII, this Agreement shall remain in force until December 31, 1941, and, unless at least six months before December 31, 1941, either High Contracting Party shall have given notice in writing to the other of intention to terminate the Agreement on that date, it shall remain in force thereafter until the expiration of six months from the date on which such notice shall have been given. In witness whereof the respective Plenipotentiaries have signed this Agreement and have affixed hereto their seals.
