Bridge authorized across, between Ply- mouth and Hanover Townships, Pa. 34 Stat. 84. 33U.S.C.§i491- 498. AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to con- struct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Susquehanna River at Bridge Street in Plymouth Borough, between Plymouth and Hanover Townships, in the county of Luzerne, and in the Commonwealth of Penn- sylvania. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Susquehanna River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at Bridge Street in Plymouth Borough and between Plymouth and Hanover Townships, Luzerne County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters", approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act, excepting that the times for commencing and completing the construction shall be two and four years from the date of approval of this Act.
