Salaries and expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service (alien registration): For an additional amount for salaries and expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service (alien registra- tion), fiscal year 1941, including the same objects specified under this head in the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1940, $2,900,000. The sum of $105,000 of the unobligated balance of the appropriation "General Expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service, 1941" is hereby transferred and made available for the purposes of the appropriations to which transferred, as follows: The sum of $35,000 to "Traveling Expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service, 1941"; the sum of $20,000 to "Contingent Expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service, 1941"; and the sum of $50,000 to "Printing and Binding, Immigration and Naturalization Service, 1941".
