R. 2783] [Private Law 1a] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Uis 3ones. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Lewis Jones, of Ben Hur, Arkansas, the sum of $1,510, in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for personal injuries sustained by him as a result of an automobile accident in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 13, 1931, while he was a Federal prisoner in the custody of, and riding in the car driven by, a prohibition agent of the Department of Justice: Provided, - That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. R.e40La] _ IPrivate Law 1M] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Sec- Tony Oro retary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed me to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Tony Cirone, of Trinidad, Colorado, the sum of $100, in full settle- ment of all claims against the United States on account of damages to a truck belonging to the said Tony Cirone while the same was being used on a project of the Works Progress Administration on August 31, 1938: Provided,That no part of the amount appropriated g. in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or. attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
