77TH CONG. , 2D SESS.-DEC. 14 , 15 , 1942 1269 SETTLEMENT OF MEXICAN CLAIMS ACT OF 1942 Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed, in the enrollment of the bill (S. 2528) to provide for the settlement of certain claims of the Government of the United States on behalf of American nationals against the Government of Mexico, to strike out the words "section 6 (b)" where they appear in section 8 (c) thereof and insert in lieu thereof the words "sections 4 (b), 4 (c), and 6 (b)". Passed December 14, 1942. ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the two Houses of Congress shall adjourn on Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1942, and that when they adjourn on said day they stand adjourned sine die.
