Transportation of remains in ease of death. emoluments, and perquisites as if he had completed two years' service, but the annual salary shall terminate as provided by Title IV, Article 2. But should the Govern- ment of the United States of America detach any member for breach of discipline, no cost of the return to the United States of such member, his family, house- hold effects, baggage or auto- mobile shall be borne by the Government of Brazil. ART. 7. --o mpensation for trasportation and travelling ex- penses in Brazil on Brazilian offi- cial business shall be provided by the Government of Brazil in ac- cordance with Title III, Article 4. ART. 8.- The Chief of Mission shall be furnished by the Brazilian Government with a suitable auto- mobile, with chauffeur, for his use on official business. Suitable mo- tor transportation, with chauffeur, and when necessary a launch properly equipped, shall on call be made available by the Govern- ment of Brazil for use by the members of the Mission for the conduct of the official business of the Mission. ART. 9. -Suitable office space shall be made available for the members of the Mission. ART. 10. -If any member of the Mission, or any of his family, dies in Brazil, the Government of Brazil shall have the body trans- ported to such place in the United States of America as the surviving members of the family may decide, but the cost to the Government of Brazil shall not exceed the cost of transporting the remains from the place of decease to New York City. O Governo brasileiro fornecera, quando solicitado, para uso dos membros da Missao, no desem- penho de suas funeoes oficiais, autom6veis apropriados, cor mo- torista, e, quando necessario, uma lancha devidamente equipada. ART. 9Q-Deverao ser postos A disposigao dos membros da Missao escrit6rios adequados para os seus trabalhos. ART. 10Q-Se algum membro da Missao ou pessoa de sua familia falecer no Brasil, o GovArno bra- sileiro fara transportar o corpo para o lugar dos Estados Unidos da America que a familia do morto indicar, porem a despesa do GovArno do Brasil nao excederi o custo do transporte dos restos mortais do lugar do falecimento a cidade de Nova York. Se o morto for um dos membros da Missao, seus servicos na mesma serao considerados como terminados 1468
