Se digna afiadir Vuestra Excelencia, que la oficina del Coordinador de Asuntos Inter-Americanos enviara a Bolivia un grupo de expertos en Sanidad pfblica para cooperar y trabajar con los funcionarios nombrados por mi Gobierno en el desarrollo del programa cooperativo de salubridad piblica y de higiene. Queda establecido que mi Gobierno a su vez suministrara, dentro de sus posibilidades o si lo considera necesario para el desarrollo efec- tivo de dicho programa, un personal de expertos y materiales, conce- diendo facilidades y fondos para gastos locales. Me es grato afiadir que estoy en complete acuerdo con los terminos de la nota de Vuestra Excelencia y deseo expresarle la aceptaci6n formal de su oferta de cooperaci6n para llevar a cabo esta impor- tantisima actividad. Finalmente, me cumple comunicarle que han de tomarse las me- didas del caso por parte de las autoridades sanitarias de mi Gobierno para la ejecuci6n de este programa y proyectos complementarios. AMBASSADOR: 1 have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's kind note of this date, ['] in which you are good enough to inforim mo that, in accordance with resolution no. 30 of the Third Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the American Republics, held at Rio de Janeiro, the United States Government, through the Coordinator of Inter- American Affairs, is disposed to contribute the sum of 1,000,000 dollars to be invested, by agreement with my Government, in the execution of a cooperative program of health and sanitation in my country. Your Excellency is good enough to add that the Office of the Co- ordinator of Inter-American Affairs will send to Bolivia a group of public-health experts to cooperate and work with the officials desig- nated by my Government in the development of the cooperative pro- gram of public health and sanitation.
