[CHAPTER 261] AN ACT To extend the provisions of the Reclassification Act of February 28, 1925, to include custodial employees in the Postal Service. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of February 28, 1925, Postal Salary Classification Act, is hereby amended to include officers and employees of the custodial service of the Post Office Department: Provided, That the salary ranges of the designated grades shall be as allocated by the Post Office Department under the provisions of the Classification Act of 1923, as amended: And provided further, That such action shall not result in the reduction of the grade or salary of any employee by reason hereof. R. 2649] [Public Law le031 Mississippi River. Bridge across, at Brooklyn Center, Minn. 56 Stat. 217. AN ACT To authorize a per capita payment of $10 to the members of the Santa Clara Pueblo of New Mexico from funds on deposit to their credit in the Treasury of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to withdraw from the Treasury so much as may be necessary of the funds to the credit of the Santa Clara Pueblo in the State of New Mexico which have accrued under the Act of March 4, 1929 (45 Stat. 1586), and to make therefrom a payment of not to exceed $10 to each member of the pueblo, under such rules and regulations as said Secretary may prescribe. [CHAPTER 265] AN ACT To revive and reenact the Act entitled "An Act granting the consent of Congress to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Mississippi River at or near the village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota", approved April 20, 1942. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act approved April 20, 1942, granting the consent of Congress to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at or near the village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, be, and is hereby, revived and reenacted: Provided, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within two years and completed within four years from the date of approval hereof. SEC. 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
