If any member of remains in case of death. the Mission, or any of his family, should die in the Dominican Re- public, the Government of the Dominican Republic shall have the body transported to such place in the United States of America as the surviving members of the fam- ily may decide, but the cost to the Government of the Dominican Republic shall not exceed the cost of transporting the remains from the place of decease to New York City. Should the deceased be a member of the Mission, his serv- ices with the Mission shall be con- sidered to have terminated fifteen tiour tamnsporta-' (15) days after his death. Return transportation to the port of em- barkation for the family of the deceased member and for their baggage, household effects and automobile shall be provided as odempesatiosndue prescribed in Article 15. All com- pensation due the deceased mem- ber, including salary for fifteen (15) days subsequent to his death, and reimbursement for expenses and transportation due the de- ceased member for travel per- formed on official business of the Dominican Republic, shall be paid to the widow of the deceased mem- ber or to any other person who may have been designated in writ- ing by the deceased while serving under the terms of this Agreement; but such widow or other person shall not be compensated for ac- crued leave due and not taken by the deceased. Al1 compensations due the widow, or other person designated by the deceased, under the provisions of this Article, shall be paid within fifteen (15) days of the decease of the said member. ARTfCULO 20. Si cualquier miembro de la Misi6n, o cualquier miembro de su familia, fallecieren en la Republica Dominicana, el Gobierno de la Republica Domi- nicana hara transportar los restos hasta el lugar de los Estados Uni- dos de Am6rica que determinen los miembros sobrevivientes de la familia, pero el costo para el Go- bierno de la Republica Domini- cana no excederh del importe del transporte de los restos desde el lugar del fallecimiento hasta la ciudad de Nueva York. Si el finado fuere uno de los miembros de la Misi6n, se considerarA que sus servicios en ella han terminado quince (15) dias despu6s de su muerte. Se proporcionara trans- porte de regreso al puerto de em- barque para la familia del miem- bro fallecido, y para su equipaje, efectos domesticos y autom6vil, de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Articulo 15. Toda remuneraci6n adeudada al miembro fallecido, inclusive sueldo por quince (15) dias subsiguientes a su muerte, y todo reembolso adeudado al mi- embro fallecido por gastos de transporte en viajes realizados en asuntos oficiales de la Repiblica Dominicana, se pagaran a la viu- da o a cualquiera otra persona que el finado hubiere designado por escrito mientras prestaba ser- vicio de acuerdo con los terminos de este Convenio; pero no perci- biran compensaci6n alguna ni la viuda ni ninguna otra persona por licencia acumulada a que tenga derecho el finado y que no haya usado. Todo pago a que tenga derecho la viuda u otra persona designada por el finado, segun las disposiciones de este Articulo, se efectuara dentro de quince (15) dias despues del fallecimiento de dicho miembro. 916
