Annual leave. ment of the Republic of Paraguay shall not engage the services of any personnel of any other foreign government for duties of any nature connected with the Para- guayan Army, except by mutual agreement between the Govern- ment of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Paraguay. ARTICLE 21. Each member of the Mission shall agree not to divulge or in any way disclose to any foreign government or to any person whatsoever any secret or confidential matter of which he may become cognizant in his capacity as a member of the Mis- sion. This requirement shall con- tinue in force after the termina- tion of service with the Mission and after the expiration or cancel- lation of this Agreement or any extension thereof. ARTICLE 22. Throughout this Agreement the term "family" is limited to mean wife and de- pendent children. ARTICLE 23. Each member of the Mission shall be entitled to one month's annulal leave with pay, or to a proportional part thereof with pay for any fractional part of a year. Unused portions of said leave shall be cumulative from year to year during service as a member of the Mission. ARTICLE 24. Este re- quisito continuara respetandose aun despu6s de terminar el servicio de cada miembro con la Misi6n y despues de la expiraci6n o can- celaci6n del presente Acuerdo o de cualquier pr6rroga del mismo. ARTICULO 22. En todo este Acuerdo se entendera que el t6rmino "familia" s61o comprende alaesposayaloshijosno emancipados. ARTICULo 23. Cada miembro de la Misi6n tendr dlerecho anual- llente a ln rnes de licencia con goce de sucldo, o a una parte proporcional de dicha licencia con sueldo por cualquier fracci6n de un afo. Las partes de dicha licencia que no se usaren podr6n acu- mularse de afio en afio mientras el oficial preste servicio como miembro de la Misi6n. ARTICULO 24. La licencia que se estipula en el Articulo anterior podr, disfrutarse en la Republica del Paraguay, en los Estados Unidos de America o en otros paises, pero los gastos de viaje y de transporte que no sean abo- nables de acuerdo con las disposi- 1190
