United States Army Air Corps as
may be agreed upon by the
Minister of War and Marine of
the Republic of Venezuela through
its authorized representative in
Washington and by the War
Department of the United States
of America.
TITLE III
Duties, Rank and Precedence
ARTICLE 7. The personnel of the
Mission shall perform such duties
as may be agreed upon between
the Minister of War and Marine of
the Republic of Venezuela and the
Chief of the Mission.
ARTICLE 8. The members of the
Mission shall be responsible solely
to the Minister of War and Marine
of the Republic of Venezuela,
through the Chief of the Mission.
ARTICLE 9. Each member of the
Mission shall serve on the Mis-
sion with the rank he holds in the
United States Army Air Corps and
shall wear the uniform of his rank
in the United States Army Air
Corps but shall have precedence
over all Venezuelan officers of the
same rank.
ARTICLE 10. Each member of
the Mission shall be entitled to all
benefits and privileges which the
Regulations of the Venezuelan
Army provide for Venezuelan of-
ficers and subordinate personnel of
corresponding rank.
ARTICLE 11. The personnel of
the Mission shall be governed by
the disciplinary regulations of the
United States Army Air Corps.

su representante autorizado en
Washington, y la Secretarfa de
Guerra de los Estados Unidos de
America.
TfTULO III
Deberes, Rango y Precedencia
ARTfCULO 7. El personal de la
Misi6n desempenara los deberes
que convengan el Ministro de
Guerra y Marina de la Repdblica
de Venezuela y el Jefe de la
Misi6n.
ARTfCULO 8. Los miembros de
la Misi6n seran responsables uni-
camente al Ministro de Guerra y
Marina de la Repfblica de Vene-
zuela, por conducto del Jefe de la
Misi6n.
ARTfCULO 9. Cada miembro de
la Misi6n servira en la Misi6n con
el rango que tenga en el Cuerpo
Aereo del Ejercito de los Estados
Unidos, y usara el uniforme co-
rrespondiente a su rango en el
Cuerpo A6reo del Ejercito de los
Estados Unidos, pero tendra pre-
cedencia sobre todos los oficiales
venezolanos de igual rango.
ARTfCULO 10. Cada miembro de
la Misi6n tendra derecho a todos
los beneficios y privilegios que los
reglamentos del Ejercito vene-
zolano proveen para los oficiales
venezolanos y el personal subal-
terno de rango correspondiente.
ARTfCULO 11. El personal de la
Misi6n se regirA por los reglamen-
tos disciplinarios del Cuerpo Aereo
del Ejercito de los Estados Unidos.
