R. on September 9, and severed relations with Germany on September 6 and with Hungary on September 26, has ceased hostilities against all the other United Nations. Disarmament of German forces. (b) The Government of Bulgaria undertakes to disarm the German armed forces in Bulgaria and to hand them over as prisoners of war. Internment of Ger- man, etc., nationals.
