R. 3280), including personal services in the District of Columbia; contract stenographic reporting services; the acceptance and utilization of voluntary and uncompensated services; maintenance, operation, repair, and hire of motor-propelled passenger-carrying vehicles; printing and binding: and the purchase in the District of Columbia and elsewhere of items otherwise properly chargeable to the appropriation "Contingent expenses, Department of the Interior"; $212,500.
