For extraordinary repairs to and refurnishing the Executive Man- sion, to be expended as the President may determine, notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act, fiscal year 1946, $50,000, to remain available until June 30, 1947. FOREIGN WAR RELIEF Not to exceed $2,150,000 of the appropriation "Foreign war relief" 66Stat. 3. contained in the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1942, is hereby continued available until December 31, 1945, to provide for the ter- mination of the program for which such appropriation was made. WAR REFUGEE BOARD Not to exceed $16,000 of the authorization for the expenditure by the War Refugee Board of $150,000 from the Emergency Fund for the President, contained in the First Supplemental Appropriation 68 Stat. 855 .
