CIVIL FUNCTIONS, CORPS OF ENGINEERS RIVERS AND HARBORS For an additional amount, fiscal year 1946, for "Rivers and har- bors", including the objects specified under this head in the War Department Civil Appropriation Act, 1946, to be immediately avail- able and to remain available until expended, $6,504,600: Provided, That hereafter the appropriations for "Rivers and harbors" shall be available for necessary expenditures in connection with the weir across the Niagara River authorized by Senate executive resolution dated November 27, 1941, ratifying executive G, Seventy-seventh Congress.
