PUBLIC ROADS ADMINISTRATION For carrying out the provisions of the Federal Highway Act of November 9, 1921, as amended and supplemented, $25,000,000, being a part of the $100,000,000 authorized to be appropriated by section 2 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1944 (Public Law 521), and to become available in accordance with said section 2 and to remain available until expended.
