59 STAT.] RUMANIA-ARMISTICE-SEPT. 12, 1944 1717 The Rumanian Government and their organs shall fulfill all instruc- tions of the Allied Control Commission arising out of the Armistice Agreement. The Allied Control Commission will set up special organs or sections entrusting them respectively with the execution of various functions. In addition, the Allied Control Commission may have its officers in various parts of Rumania. The Allied Control Commission will have its seat in the city of Bucharest. Moscow: September 12, 1944.
