And be ot further enacted, That there be paid, out of any for arrears due moneys m the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Abram Gamble, Al>¤‘¤¤¤G¤¤¤bl¢· of the state of Maryland, who was placed on the pension list from the eighteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and nine, the sum of fifty-three dollars and seventy-five cents, for arrears of pension from the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eight, when he first completed his testimony under an irregular commission, to the said eighteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and nine, being ten months and twenty-three days.
