"**""‘* Bc it enacted, t§•c.,That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby authorized to cause to be sold, at public sale, alot of ground belonging to the United States, situated in the town of Knoxville and State of Tennessee, ten days’ notice being first given, in the Knoxville Gazette, of the time and place of sale. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That on the receipt of the money arising from said sale, the President of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to make or cause to be made a title or titles to the purchaser or purchasers of said lot.
