May 99* 1g3D' Bc it enacted, dce., That the accounting officers of the treasury Fi,,,, yam, i,,, be, and they are hereby, directed and required to adjust and settle aeiieutenent-cnf: the account of Sarah Easton and Dorothy Storer, children and heirs °g‘2,“;¥"}:?· ,4 at law of Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Hanson Harrison, and pay to them 1832, ch. 29l; ali five years’ full pay, being the commutation for half pay for life, due to l°“’i:€ i¤*¤*¤°'¤ their said father in his life-time, for services by him rendered to the gicggiwggt United States in their army, during the revolutionary war, as a Lieutenant-Colonel on the continental establishment; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Secretary of War be, and Bounty land he is hereby, authorized, directed and required to issue to the said Sarah W=¤¤¤* f¤ b¢ and Dorothy, and in their names, a'land warrant for four hundred and m°°d' fifty acres of military bounty land, as, and for the lands to which the said Robert Hanson Harrison, was, while in full life, entitled, for and on account of the services by him so as aforesaid rendered ; and that the same may be located on any vacant or unlocated lands heretofore appropriated by Congress for said purposes. Mw 29v 1830- Be it enacted, fc., That the accounting officers of the treasury be, Cmiin im, and they hereby are, authorized, directed, and required to settle the office certificates account of Ann D. Baylor, widow of John Walker Baylor, Esquire, de- t° b° “°m“l· ceased, who was only son and heir at law of Colonel George Baylor, late of the army of the United States in the revolutionary war, deceased, for all such loan office certificates as were issued from the Loan Office of the United States, in Virginia, in the name of the said George Bay- lor, payable to him, and now remain on the books of the treasury, outstanding and unpaid, and not transferred to any other person by him ; and that they pay to her, the said Ann D. Baylor, as trustee for the heirs at law and distributees of the said John Walker Baylor, and to their sole use, the same amount of money which might have been received on said certificates, had they been subscribed to the loan of the United States, under the act, entitled "An act making provision for the debt of Act of Aug. 4, the United States," passed August fourth, one thousand seven hundred *790. ¢=l¤· 3% and ninety; making out said account; and settling and paying the same, in all respects, in manner and form as if such subscription had then been made, and the dividends credited thereunto, according to the sevoral provisions of said act, and the act passed April twenty-eighth, one Act of April 28, thousand seven hundred and ninety-six, in aid thereof, and the whole l796»°l*· l6· amount left uncalled for in the treasury till the present time; together with that part thereof which has been credited with interest at three per cent. per annum; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
